FS Travel Insurance aka Seven Corners review: Reimbursement of travel insurance

We took out this travel insurance from the above company for a Uniworld Cruise that was supposed to have sailed on 9 August 2021. However, with the Covid worldwide, and looking at the State Department travel guidelines, we cancelled the cruise, because Uniworld would not give us a definitive date for travel. We received 100% of our travel fare. We then contacted the above travel company and they said we were past the 10 free looks. However, we notified the company that Uniworld was not going on the respective date of travel and would like a complete refund. My wife was told by someone in the Travel Insurance company if we could prove we received 100% of our monies back, they would reimburse us. Now they are playing games and asking for a letter from Uniworld that they cancelled us. Researching Uniworld on the internet, Uniworld does not cancel the passenger, but allow credit for future cruises or withholds $200 for cancellation that can be used for future credit. We received 100% including the $200. Seven corners knowing that Uniworld does not cancel cruises but gives future dates of travel. It is up to the passenger to cancel.
