I called and explained, and they said they would refund me the $100. They said it would take 3-5 business days, but I haven't received it yet. I called again, and they said it would take 7 business days, but still nothing. I called again, and they said it would take 10 business days, but still no refund. I need the $100 back because I had to borrow it for gas. Can you please help me figure out why I haven't received my refund? Thank you.
