Amundi US My folks put money in Pioneer Fund

My folks put money in Pioneer Fund. They both passed away in fall 2017. When I told them my parents were dead and I was the Trustee of the estate, they stopped sending statements and IRS 1099 forms. (That's prolly against SEC and IRS rules). I've been trying to get the funds out, but Pioneer Fund won't pay. They and their agents lied to me. They said I had to fill out withdrawal forms and get them guaranteed by a Medallion Stamp. I did that, but they still didn't send the funds. I talked to a rude woman who didn't know what the medallion stamp was for or how it guaranteed I was the right person. I explained it to her, but she kept interrupting. Finally, she said she'd send the forms back for review, but I still haven't heard anything.
