I cancelled my policy on 7-21-26 (7-22-2026 according to them) but the cancelation was not processed properly. and instead of getting a call or an email nothing was done now today 08/17/2026 I call to find out it was never cancelled properly. the when asked to speak with a manager I was denied because she said she has done everything possible. I told her I don't believe she had. she still refused to transfer me to a manager. agent name i spoke with was Angel C.
