Four Star Realty & Property Management review: Lease renewal incentive

My name is Carver Bailey. My wife and I currently reside at 704 22nd Street, Apt 205 the Tower, Greeley Co. We were informed of a rent increase of approximately $100.00 per month. We were informed by Zachary Perez we would receive a virtual credit card in the amount of $500.00. We decided we could use this incentive to off set the rent increase. Three weeks had past we did not receive the virtual credit card. I emailed Mr Perez he stated his manager said I should have received a Tango card. I was advised to review my email. One day after the inquiry, I received a gift card for $250.00. I have not redeemed the money. The incentive was a $500.00 virtual credit card. Perhaps this was a administrative oversight. Please use your influence to rectify this opportunity. I have copies of emails I sent to Mr. Perez and my wife was with me when we were promised the virtual credit card for $500.00. Mr. Perez stated at the time of signing he sent the information to his manager to remind her. Mr Perez was very professional in our interaction. I would query the manager at the Greeley location.
