JESSICA BEAUDRY who works ON STAFF AT FORWARD DENTAL in the office is the most argumentative worker in a dental office I have ever dealt with! 1st appointment with the dentist I was raving about this office. 2nd visit I go in with much pain (Yes, this was explained to the staff), dentist saw me and I expressed again how much pain I was going through. She did her "checks" and said to "take an aspirin" and call if you don't feel better the next day. 3 am that evening I was in severe pain, called the office in the am. Left a message. By the end of the day no one in the office returned my call. I called again and JESSICA picked up and said I was rude to her the prior date because I inquired about wanting details as to why the bill went up $25. As a customer, I have a right to inquire about billing. Not to mention I was still in pain. Jessica Beaudry in the office said that in my file the dentist never noted that I had pain. The dentists hands are in my mouth, possibly the dentist did not hear the 3rd time I said that I was in pain. Needless to say, I need a root canal. Since the Dentist did not properly note my file about the pain, Jessica said I had to come in the office again for another appointment to see if they could assist w/the pain. I was in that office less than 24 hours prior! Since Jessica was so rude, I had no other choice but to not want to come back. I requested my records on 10/30 and have yet to receive them. I signed off on a release yesterday after calling again for assistance.. Jessica said she would call me when they were ready for pick up & said I had to pay $5.25 for the records. No call back again today; when I called she was raising her voice again saying each page of records was $5 a page & some change. Really? Treat your customer as a customer shall be treated. With patience, kindness, mentality of the customer is always right, etc. I need my records so I may move on to a different dentist and take care of this pain.

Most likely whatever dentist you see will advise you to take ibuprofen, aspirin, or tylenol (especially if you visit a new dentist that does not know you).
