Form swift is not a website that you can trust. I cancelled my account and they charged me $33 which I have proof of. I contacted them and they said there was no charge but there was. I don't recommend form swift and they are not a company you can trust. All they do is steal money. I have a statement of the 33 dollars that was charged. They are tricky because when you complain they send you a message that your account has been canceled. I already cancelled it. Be careful with this site.

This is a political activism fund raiser disguised as a consumer service. Check their fb page before you let them finger your wallet. Extremely treacherous and backstabbing business model. This company will suck you into investing lots of time and information into what appears to be a free form, then ask for a what looks like a reasonable small fee to save & print, but includes an obscure contract to charge you an exorbitant recurring fee. Customer service will then try to sweet talk you into feeling good about getting refunded for a fraction of what they extorted.

FormSwift is a nightmare to use. One should be able to type into an electronic form without have to work around the hard-wired process FormSwift deems useful. I have been working on a friend's Social Security Administration application for disability and 90% of my time has been spent trying to work around FormSwift's hard wired parameters in order to include the relevant information that will facilitate Social Security's decision making. The star rating system is flawed as well. I wanted to leave no stars but have to leave at least one in order to post this review.

This company is a scam! One month I was going through my bank account and noticed a charge from Form Swift that I did not recognize. I apparently signed up for a free 7 day trial as part of a school project I was working on. After the free seven day trial was over, they started charging me. The problem is, I never got an invoice or any receipts that they were charging me on a monthly basis. After calling the company to resolve the issue, they only gave me back 3 months worth of payments. I never used this company for anything other than during this free trial for school. So I spent in total nearly $1,000 for absolutely nothing.

It advertises online that it's free, but it's not lol So that kinda ticked me off, but it's still cheap. You get a $2 7day trial, and if you don't like it you can cancel before they charge you more. But they have like every form you can possibly need. I needed to fill out a 'verification of employment' form, and also filled out a 'living will' form too since it was there lol I like it, but not sure if this is something I NEED. You can probably create a small little business asking people the same questions, and printing out a legit form for them. If you're a notary this might be a cool website for your notary business. Just saying.

Their site is basically a racket. The landing page says "get started" and it takes you to what it looks like it will let you do everything you need. Then, after spending hours and you go to save or email your work they they say you have to give them credit card info. "Don't worry," they say, "there's a free trial and we'll let you know when you're about to be charged." Um, no, not cool. You should have told me up front so I can make the decision if this is what I wanted or not, but you are basically forcing people to have to weigh if the time they already spent believing there were no strings attached against the effort of giving my credit card info and then having to remember to cancel the free trial. It is a dishonest scheme, by way of omission, to obtain money.

Although they provide a properly functioning applications, this business has EXTREMELY fraudulent practices when it comes to billing. I had to enter my CC info in order to unlock premium features. This was advertised as a free trial which you can cancel in order to avoid charges. When I had attempted to cancel my subscription, the "subscription settings" page as outlined in the company's FAQ was not available. I contacted their help desk chat and was informed that my account isn't tied to a CC and that they do not have premium features. How could my account not have a CC tied to it and how could they not have premium features if I had to go through a pay window in order to utilize the features? This is an extremely shady company, if you can find another service use them first because as all the other reviews have stated they will try to steal your money.

I'll echo the same complaints as the other 50 negative reviews! This company is completely unethical and fraudulent. After signing up for their week trial for $1.95, I immediately realized this product was not going to work for our business needs. I called to canceled and filed this away as "completed." Months later after doing an audit on my business account, I see that I have been charged a monthly fee of $29.95 for the past five (!) months. My first step was naturally to call customer service and get this resolved but of course, I received nothing but attitude from their customer service representative, Tasha. They now (conventionally) claim that they never received my cancelation even though they can see that there has been NO ACTIVITY on the account since the day I signed up for the trial. You can simply google reviews on Formswift and see how many other customers they have scammed. I would never recommend this product or company solely based on their unethical business practices. BUYERS BEWARE! Take your business elsewhere.

This is a scam online company. they charged $59.00 unauthorized charge. I contacted my card company to resolve issue. I try to cancel account website, there is no option for cancel account. i called company and told them to cancel it. There is only way cancel account by their tech support team and takes time. I still can log in website as of now and have my credit card info at scam company. what kind of website has no access to cancel account? don't you feel that is already something wrong they do? if people don't check their cards account then they will just charge money and customer side has no way to prove whatever they charged as they showing nothing about your subscription receipt, history of any thing you did transaction on this website. I will keep my eyes on this scam company and do anything I can, not to use this company for my people least! I will contact reporter and tv documentary people to investigate this company. this company do not have any professional manner to take complain as well. oh they will put answer after my review. they said, they sent me email for canceling conformation during a call but never received it and ran away from my call. I hope there is no more people involving this scam company and waste time and money.

I used FormSwift because I thought it was a ONE TIME transaction of ***. I check my account again a month later and I see an abnormal charge of an ADDITIONAL ***! This alone made me angry but I made no complaints because I suppose it was my fault for not reading the fine lines. I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account. I know this for a fact because if I go to my account now, FormSwift is asking me to reactivate it for a lesser price. However, I am STILL being charged for that ***, most recently on December 20th. So now I have paid an additional *** when I originally thought it was a one-time payment of ***. I dont care how small this charge may seem to the company, if I am not refunded I WILL seek legal action because I am related to a very reputable lawyer.

I noticed today (3/11/22) an unauthorized charge from this company to my debit card. This was for a trial that I had canceled. They claim I had not. I definitely had. The moment I realized I would not be using their services. According to other reviews online this company routinely engages in fraudulent sales practices by charging individual cards, and then issuing refunds only if or when the customer picks up on it. They are supposed to offer a free trial that can be canceled at any time, which is what I did. They charged on a Friday afternoon so that the money will not be returned to my account in a reasonable amount of time. Thus, I will not have this money over the weekend. This company needs to be shut down. There are hundreds upon hundreds of complaints of similar situations from them.

On December 18, I had to pay Form Swift $1.95 to download my Will from my attorney. Unbeknownst to me, Form Swift began to charge me $33.00 a month from December 25 through September 25 before I realized what was going on. My credit account is on autopay so I was not checking the charges. Since I never used the service after the first occurrence, I called ***) to complain and requested a total refund. They didn't even have my email in their system as proof that I didn't use this service. The customer service representative agreed with me and forwarded it to a supervisor. I was only reimbursed 3 months. When I called back to complain they said they could not do anything else for me. Out of $330, I only received $99. I would like a total refund as this is poor business practice.

On 09/03 I signed up for 7 day access to a Letter of Recommendation document FormSwift helped me author for $1.95, it was to my understanding that once the 7 days were up I would no longer have access to the document and no further charges would be billed. On 09/09 I was then billed $33.00 as a monthly charge from FormSwift, at no point when signing up and agreeing to the initial charge was I ever informed once the 7 days were up I would automatically be charged monthly membership fees. Initially I believed it to be a mistake until I did some online research and found this to be a common problem. Furthermore I not once received any form of email invoice to make me aware of the charges being billed. I attempted to cancel the account subscription and contact FormSwift on 09/10, I now only receive an error page and have received no response from FormSwift.

They got me with their false claim of a free document, but I did purchased one single document from FormSwift.com, one time in 5/27 at a cost of $1.95. I opted to NOT sign up for a free trial, or reduced trial but to pay for that one document. NO WHERE did anything say a word about a reoccurring fee. It seems they have been charging my account $33 ever since. When I complained, they regurgitated the same BS line they have been giving everyone about paragraph 6, aka the fine print of their terms of service. I do believe that SCOTUS has ruled on this kind of practice and deemed it illegal. The law requires clear and conspicuous disclosures which means that the important terms of the deal cant be hidden in tiny type." They have now stolen $198 from me and have refused to refund my money. This thief is doing business in *** and needs to be shut down. The Complaintsboard.com complaints bears this opinion out from the plethora of other complaints.

I provided FormSwift with my credit card information for a free trial. I used the service to fill out a .pdf file for my divorce that has taken months of careful work to fill out. I was ready to print the file, but the service is not allowing me to print the file after all of my hours of work. I have contacted them several times to assist me in manually downloading my document, and they are only stating that I need to re-upload the blank form in two parts, and try it again. They are stating that my small 28 page document is too large & can't be downloaded. That doesn't make sense since they advertise that you can fill, sign & print any document including W2s and lease agreements. This is a fraudulent service. They seek to take your credit card information, charge you a huge monthly fee for a service that cannot even render you a 28 page basic filled document. The monthly charge is $72 for this service that doesn't actually allow you to do anything with your document. This is a scam.

Hello,On 3-21-22 we signed up for a trial with FormSwift. After 3-29-22 FormSwift changed me $37.00 for continued service. So we used this service to make a Living Will for both me and my wife. After taking the form to 4 Notary Public we found NO Notary Public would sign this document because of the clause on the form that say's in part, " The person before be appears to be in sound mind and no under or subject to duress, fraud or undue influence" as they could not attest to this.
