I ordered the "Celebration Experience" from Fogo de Chao, Dunwoody, GA to pick up at 10:45 am on 12-24-2022. Order # [protected]. The package included steak, chicken, mashed potatoes, asparagus and dessert. With tax and tip I paid $150.00 and paid via gift card.
I arrived at Fogo de Chao at 10:45 and waited 30 minutes until I finally received my order. I asked the server who gave it to me if everything was in the bag and she assured me it was. When I arrived home (I live 25 miles away), the chicken and the mashed potatoes were not in the bag. I called the Dunwoody restaurant and was given the option of going back and getting the missing items or receiving 2 gift cards for a meal each which the manager would email to me. Since it was almost Christmas Eve, I did not have the time to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the food they erroneously did not give me so I opted for the gift cards. I received no email from the manager, so I issued a complaint on the Fogo de Chao website on December 29, 2022. I have had no response from the corporate office.
My Christmas meal was ruined because of the negligence of the employees at Fogo de Chao who packed up my order.
