FLUENT representative, Beerjas Bath, approached me and convinced me to change Security systems, cancelling SAFE Security, and signing on with FLUENT. His sales approach and illustrations showing that FLUENT was a far better choice than SAFE. I told him of my contract with SAFE. He informed me that if I transferred from SAFE, that FLUENT would mail mee a check for the final payoff with SAFE. I asked him 3 times and 3 times he said yes, FLUENT would give me a check for the final payout. Total was $2004.55. Your resolution dept. now says they will only pay $310.00 of this. Your resolution dept. says without a written letter from Beerjas Bath stating that that was what he told me, they will not pay more than $310.00. That's some kind of resolution. I have kept phone records and text messages showing that I have called and/or tried to communicate with Mr. Bath. That is now over a 2 ½ month of continuously trying to talk to him. He has ignored every text message and every voicemail message asking him to contact me to straighten out this problem. It's obvious that he will not acknowledge my requests. I have a witness who heard Mr. Bath answer me three times when I asked him about paying off SAFE. Now I'm stuck paying SAFE $2204.5 and if I try to cancel FLUENT that will stick me with penalties. I have already paid over $300.00 to the FORTIVA credit card that Mr. Bath signed me up for to pay for equipment. I've noticed that there are a lot of people who have filed complaints about FLUENT. I have filed complaints with the BBB and with Trust pilot concerning this matter. What is to be done about un-trust worthy sales representatives? The company you represent is not trustworthy in my mind. When your representatives make a statement, sign you up, shake your hand, then stab you in the back. I will start going online to advise people to NOT sign with FLUENT because of this lost trust. I love the system, but don't trust the people running it. When I asked Mr. Bath why not just have FLUENT send the payoff check, he made it clear that he did not want SAFE to know that FLUENT was buying out their clients. If I have to get a lawyer or go to arbitration, I will. They say the customer is always right, but with FLUENT it's the customer be damned!
