I am calling the food stamp office to report changes because my account is locked out and was messaged that I have to contact an agent in order to resolve this issue. I called and have been left on hold for over 2 hours and still have not spoken to an agent. I used option 2 to get a call back but it does not work, therefore I am forced to be on hold. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The only two phone numbers that are provided are [protected] and [protected]. Emailing Florida Access is not an option.

I’ve been on hood for over 2 hrs now. I applied for food stamps yesterday online to be told I already got some this month. I haven’t received food stamps in over 5 years.
