This could be a great app for frequent travelers... but not if you fly southwest. Beware- this app contains very little information about southwest flights - critically whether your inbound plane is on time. Oddly, this information is available in other flight tracker apps. I really hope they fix this soon.

Downloaded to track all my flights, as an alternative app. I have historically saved via FlightRadar24. FlightRadar allows you to add past 24 months for free. This app wants you to pay $50/year? No thanks. That app also tracks real time flights, as does Google for free.

The map view of the app is nice though.

I normally don’t review apps or pay for them but this one was worth it. I got the notification of a flight delay before the airline sent it out. I was able to rebook a different flight and avoid missing a flight. Worth every penny for Traveling and nice to keep
Track of all different airline flights in one place

It’s great at what it does, but feel it has limited paid benefit for mainlines like delta, who provide a lot of this data in their own app. And as a pilot…. The “pilot grade data” is not really pilot grade data. if you’re using filed flight plans, time to waypoint, altitude, controlled airspace, etc would be cool.

It’s good, not great. Definitely not worth $6/month.

- no Apple Watch app
- info is always slower than the airline’s app
- never updated gate in app until we were sitting on the aircraft
- I’ve only ever received 1 push notification after 5 flights
- iOS widgets too limited

I've had this app for all of 15 minutes and it's apparent why you guys won the Apple Design award. Between the flighty passport, live sharing, tracking friends trips and route history. Wow Love that you import ALL old TripIt data too. And the calendar sync including flight changes. This is what TripIt should be!

Once I located my particular flight choice, it was difficult to track on the map. When I was able to find and view the flight, I could zoom in for a closer view, but did not find an option to zoom out. I found the site to difficult to use and went back to my Flightaware app and was able to easily track the flight.

Hands down this is the best flight tracker app you can download. The functionality when it comes to tracking critical flight information such as gate numbers, delays, even baggage carousel info is out standing.

In addition, the app design and interface are stunning. The addition of lick screen widgets is awesome.

Such a seamless experience using the app. It looks and feels like Apple made the app, and it feels like something that comes pre installed with the iPhone. I love the data it gives me, and is faster than any airline agent ever was, saved me tons of time when traveling and also gives me constant updates which I love.

I love this app, to me its UI & UX are top notch. After using it for a trip crossing the Pacific Ocean and North America, I didn’t feel like there was anything that I didn’t like or struggled with. Now if only I could find flight info going back 30 years so I could see what my map and in-app passport would look like.

Which is so nice to have this information available. Keeps me informed and aware of flights in flight information on my family. It’s extremely easy to use and has plenty of information easily accessible. I would highly recommend it if you and your family are traveling or need to keep track of someone who is traveling

I have the premium membership and I love how it tells me where my plane is coming from and every detail about the aircraft once they have a tail number.
I recently had a flight that changed gates 3 times in the 2 hours before takeoff, and flighty had the announcements before tripit pro and the airline itself. 5 stars!

I love having all my flights in one place and seeing their status on the day of travel! The push notifications are super helpful! It’s like having a personal assistant to keep track of all of these things for me. It’s super easy to add flights, too. This is the best flight tracking app I’ve used from start to finish.

I’ve tried many flight tracking apps and this one leaves the others in the dust. Everything and anything you need to know about your flights is available and proactively visible. The integration with Dynamic Island is superb. Your departure time and gate number are always visible. So worth the peace of mind. Bravo!

This app is everything any traveler needs when it comes to a flight tracker. Incredibly well made and designed, accurate data/predictions, and even allows you to share your live flight data with family/friends without requiring them to download the app. This app cannot be beat and will forever be installed on my phone.

I never leave reviews—this is my first app review ever—but I have to break my silence to say that Flighty is amazing.

It just WORKS. It does exactly what it says it does. Also, as someone who flies a lot it's really cool and satisfying to import all my past flights and see how much I've traveled in my All-Time Stats.

I’m a very frequent traveler and this app has changed my life. Automatically finding my flights from my calendar and pushing very valuable information. My flight wasn’t delayed yet, but the inbound was, and I really appreciate knowing about it. I also love the live activity showing my gate and countdown till departure.

I love being able to see how old the plane is, get instant updates on equip changes, see a comprehensive list of upcoming flights and their statuses...I used to use Kayak Trips for all of this and love that for having hotels, cars, etc in one place, but the flight tracking in Flighty Pro is a lot better. Love this tool!

Did Ryan Jones & Co develop the COOLEST, most polished and useful flight app ever? YES THEY DID. It only keep getting better and better. Works on iOS and Mac. Pretty graphics. Push notifications. I don’t usually review apps but this is about as perfect as it gets. I don’t know how they could make it better.

The integration into the new info bubble up top is amazing. The info is instantaneous and correct, and it’s easy to navigate.
