As far as "collector" games, this one is the tops. I've been playing for almost 4 years now and still love, or loved, it. The problem is, eventually you will notice that things in your lair go missing; dragons, apparel, items. Things you buy will not get to you, things you try to sell will disappear. And you will then meet the "admin monsters". Post your problem on the forum, they lock it. Contact support, they ignore you. Contact the developer, he sends you back to the people ignoring you. Until you are one big frustrated angry person, who loves their dragons, but can't take the complete lack of customer care anymore and quits. If you do play, please don't spend real money, it is too easily lost!

What?! That didn't even answer my question?!

I sent another message asking again what the other accounts were that I was supposedly multi-accounting with, but they never sent a response. They couldn't even give me an actual reason for my ban. It was frustrating and disappointing.

It's too late for me to get my money back, but I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did. The admins of this site don't care about the users. They are on some kind of weird power-trip, and their self-importance is far more important to them than anything else. The staff changed the reason for closure to "funneling through a family member" and claimed it had been going on for almost a decade. However, my daughter stated in her email that she had liquidated her extra accounts at some point and scaled back to the one account I knew about. My last interaction with one of her extra accounts was in 2016. Even if the evidence proves that the staff made a mistake, they will not reopen your account. I have created a reddit community to gather evidence from others who have had unjust account closures. I believe the original founders, who all have FlightRising accounts, need to be informed of the mishandling of accounts by the Contact Us staff in hopes of rectifying these egregious acts.

FlightRising is a game that I started playing about five months ago. I had a great time playing the game with my siblings and my cousin. We would spend hours on end incubating our eggs and taking care of our dragons. However, one morning I woke up and got on to incubate my eggs, but I couldn't log in.
