Flameblue International Limited review: Overstock: returns liquidation pallets

Sept 2021 They were having a pallet sale buy one get one free and I bought two pallets one 4999 the other 5999 and I paid it through PayPal and it says that it was shipped and there was a shipment number of [protected] and I never received either item I was also charging additional $13.99 for shipping for a total of $123.97 that I am requesting a refund.
