Fitness 19

I have been a member with Fitness 19 since the doors opened! I have never had any issues all the employees were always nice, polite and friendly and helpful! That is until I had to deal with Brook! She was so rude and condescending! I had to stop my membership for a short time due to a knee injury.. I had my debit card in hand to re sign up ! She was soooo rude the way she was speaking to me and her tone of voice it makes me want to never go back ever! That's how I get treated as a loyal client since 2013!
