I place my order and it takes weeks to receive the item my doctor wants me to take. I'm forced to use the full amount of $60 or I will to pay the difference. I end up buying bandaid and things I don't need.

I'm very upset about items I was buying are not being carried. Items are always sold out and they don't have a substitute. I'm not able to go to a store to get what I need.

I order comes from New Jersey and takes over a week to arrive. I'm out of my eys medication. I also need muscle cubs for pain and arthritis pills and creams.

Desired outcome: Quicker delivery and more items.

April 1st, 2023

Ordered my quarterly allotment January 24th, 2023, and received the order February 2nd, 2023. Most of the items were missing from the shipment /package. I immediately contacted "Healthy Benefits" when I realized that the order was short. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days for someone to get back with me. Since then, I received a call March 22nd, 2023 from a representative working from home. He noted that the complaint would go directly to "First Line," and that my items will be received within 3-5 business days. I still do not have my replacement items as of Saturday, April 1st, 2023.

I have filed a total of 4 complaints, and 3 Grievences with UHC as of March 29th, 2023, noting that my plans are to move my "Medicare" services with another carrier so that my benefits will be distributed and utilized with fidelity.

There are a mass of complaints on this webiste, and it does not seem as though UHC or the complaint board are intervening.

I have contacted them several times about my order. Over a month has passed and they still haven’t mailed my package.

First line benefits is terrible. It was so much better when it was with walmart. I have been waiting for four weeks for my order to be filled. It always shows as pending. When I call them, they have no answer and put me on hold for over an hour. This last time when I complained about this they hung up on me. I wish United Health care would go back to using walmart. First line benefits is very unprofessional and they don't care. I hate having to deal with them. What good is this benefit if you have to get aggravated and don't receive what you ordered

I fully agree with all the complaints above. Was much better when UHC used Walmart. I get the feeling this service is being done by somebody working out of their garage, in the evenings.

I ordered on Oct 23 2022 and it is now Oct 31 2022 and the order says in progress. I keep calling and chatting on the website and they keep telling me that at the first of the quarter they get backed up and tell me to check back on Nov 5, 2022, I have never had this to happen before coming on and shipping my order. UHC should go back to Walmart at least you did not have to wait that long and you had more selections.

All I can say is they SUCK! The producers they send I can get a the Dollar Tree and they sell it for way up there! Their a rip off and wished they’d go back to Walmart! At least they had more to choose from! Get cotton balls & it’s the size of a dime no kidding! That’s considered their large! LMAO 😂 Also if you have an item that doesn’t work say for instance feet those things for your corns! They don’t stick worth a hoot and don’t stick! Cheap cheap crap! They will only replace the item with the same thing! So wrong to be stuck with CHEAP [censored]! Please find us another Company or get the Walmart one back!

I placed my order July 12, 2022 today is August 12 , 2022. I’ve been calling at least twice a week to find out where my packages are they keep telling me that they’re sending them I keep verifying the address to send them to which is my daughters house so I know she’s expecting the packages which is a different address is my primary home address I have probably talk to 4 different supervisors And l. Have probably had to Have Them re-ship it probably 6 different times because they keep saying that they sent it to the wrong address I mean how many damn people does it take to correct an address in the beginning I had no problems And every time I call in To follow up on my order they re-issue it and says it could take up to 10 days like whatever happened to professionalism organization this company is SAD 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I am very disappointed with this company. I placed my allotted OTC $60+ order with them because of their minimum order requirements. They deleted an available item from my order leaving me with a $4 balance. Now the rub is that I cannot use the $4 without paying a shipping charge or adding another $30 to the order out of my own pocket. I called to complain and was told they would let me use my money and grant me a one time exemption to the shipping charges. Two days later they withdrew that offer and my money will be wasted.

Now does this seem like money in their pocket? It does to me. Multiply that by potentially millions of people that could experience the same thing and their motivation for deleting items from an order may become clear.

My first order too 5 days. This time I ordered the 4 th and today is the 17th. Called 3 days in a road to be on silent for over half hour. Today I took the after call. First the call never connected with a CSR, so my review was was on a zero level, feedback was not good.

UHC really needs to go back to Walmart.

Definitely calling UHC tomorrow and express how upset I am.

Poor selection, overpriced, and CC is charged long before order is shipped. UHC needs to provide another alternative like Walmart, Walgreens or Amazon for there OTC benefit.
