On January 3, 2022 I called First Premier due to a problem with my garbage disposal. The next day they sent me a claim #1005 with who to call to set up an appointment to assess the problem. When the technician came out, I contacted First Premier to inform them that the garbage disposal could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. They said they would contact me in a few days to let me know their decision. Eight days later on 1/11/22 they emailed me a form to sign accepting the Cash In Lieu Of Repair, they said it would take about two weeks before I would receive the check for $180.00, because I missed the rotation, {whatever that means). Then also told me I would have to pay for the labor myself, which was not in my contract. I was only supposed to pay the technician $60.00 for the service call. I have called the company several times to inquire about the check for the disposal, and they keep coming up with different excuses as to why they have not mailed the check. It is now 2/21/22 and to this day I have not heard another thing from the company and no check.

Desired outcome: I want the company to pay for the garbage disposal. They gladly took my $412.63 and have not kept up their part of the deal.

They refuse to approve evaporator coil repair. Took a week and a half to inform me they would not approve repair.

This is the worst home warranty company I have ever subscribed to. I have had numerous home warranty companies but this one is the worst of all of them. When you call for a repair they tell you that you have to contact the service company even though contract says they are supposed to call. Then they will give you the contact number for the service company after almost a week of calling them. In the meantime my AC is still working with high 90's to 100 degree days. Finally the service company came out and sent them the diagnosis, a leaking evaporator coil. Which then said they will not cover under the home warranty.

I want my money back but they are dragging their feet. Don't know if I will ever get my money back.
