First Key Homes review: Don't care about tenants

This is the worst leasing company I have ever dealt with. They don't care anything about their tenants and don't want to fix anything. Every time you make a maintenance request if it is not a major appliance, they will say it's the tenant's responsibility. As much rent as they charge everything should be their responsibility unless the tenant actually broke it. How is a closet rack falling because they didn't have it put in secure enough to hold clothes, my responsibility. I have custom blinds in my home and one of them haven't worked since I moved in, however I was told it was my responsibility. My AC went out on 8/2/26 and I have been getting the run around to get it fixed. Each time a tech came they said they needed to get approval to get the part in order to fix it. It is 8/25/26 and I still don't have any AC. The last email I received the tech will be out on 8/27/26
