Misleading and very dishonest
Rowena Shlosman from Graniteville, SC | worked with Joshua Michael Stader

Josh did a buying down on the points without telling and explaining to us. One week before the closing, he added more than 5k for the closing cost amount and stated that was a 2% buying down points. We never agreed on it and we have no choice because we are closing this coming 11/27 and we will be out of the country for a month. Don't let Stanley Martin fooled you about the $10000 incentives if you you their preferred lender and lawyer. They're together and will try to fool you.
