First Energy / JCP&L review: My refund

I have honey. Banked with JCP&L from my solar panels I called them for my money I. Was told the state had sent a total of $350.00 between May and September for cooling according to my bills I have had a 5 hundred plus fillers for over a year September bill I have $561.03 credit to my account there is no credits from the state on one year of bills please help me get my money I am going blind and don't how much longer I will be able to see to use the tablet I am 81 years old and need the money they told me they would send me $217.00 a month ago and still havn't received it Thank you Marilyn Trikergiotis 1289 Spruce Street, Forked River NJ 08731
