I have received the best Customer Service from Kim at the Antique Farmhouse. She assisted me very professionally by answering quickly all my questions and resolving the issue within a day. I hope she gets compensated for her hard work . The Antique Farmhouse will be always my favorite place to shop , their products are high quality and they provide a superb service to their costumers. I ordered an item that was delivered broken. I emailed Antique Farmhouse right away and received a response within the hour. Although, they didn't have a replacement at the time, they were going to try to see if they could get more in. The customer service was WONDERFUL and that is why I gave them a 5 star. Sometimes dealing with online companies that you have never bought from can be risky. I recommend Antique Farmhouse. Thank you, again, Anna!

This company has an outstanding customer service department. I have purchased several items from them during the past year and for the most part have been very satisfied with everything. My most recent purchase was unsatisfactory to me so I contacted customer service and they not only responded very quickly, they asked for photos and agreed that the item was of poor quality and so they refunded my money immediately! I highly recommend Antique Farmhouse.

I received my order and I am SO HAPPY with my order. I was not expecting to open the box and smell the fresh cut wood coming from the box. I was Like WOW this is impressive. I want to also say how BEAUTIFUL the arched wooden window frames are. Your work and craftsmanship way exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be recommending your company to friends. Most important, you all are a made in USA company and so glad to have been able to have purchased with you.

Great place to deal with! I love their product. Recently had an issue with missing items from my shipment, but their customer service handled the issue, without question, and sent the missing items right away. Also, their communication and updates throughout the process were above and beyond. I dealt with Kim, who was wonderful in solving the problem. You can count on not only a good product from this company, but a responsive customer service if there is a problem!

I have been on that website often in the last couple of years admiring their products but never buying. Several weeks ago I purchased several things...COVID doesn't lend itself to stores these days...and couldn't have been more pleased. The items arrived in a timely manner considering COVID and each item was nicely packaged. The products were just as they pictured on the website. I highly recommend Antique Farmhouse and will order again from them. Not only that I have recommended this site to several friends!

I highly recommend Antique Farmhouse. I sent an email to this company wondering where my order was because I thought is was late shipping out. They politely pointed me toward their shipping policy and I noticed my mistake right away. I expressed to them my disappointment of not getting my product before Easter. Imagine my surprises when it arrived a couple of days later AND before Easter. Their customer service of fantastic! The products are unique and well made. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

BEST customer service I've found anywhere! I'd scoured online sources & fell in love with a particular ceiling light ...Pinterest showed Antique Farmhouse as carrying it... But it was SOLD OUT long before I stumbled across it. YET, customer service responded to my inquiry, saying they would keep an eye out, and IF they got any more in stock, they would reach out. Months later, when they DID get more in stock, they emailed me!. I was thoroughly impressed by them! Truly wonderful, (they went above and beyond), customer service!

In the past I never had a challenge with Antique Farmhouse, but recently I purchased 4 lights and 2 of them the glass was broken when they arrived, I have sent 1 email to Lisa B. and 3 other internal emails with no response what so ever. This has been going on 3 weeks now and I am trying to remodel a bathroom and if I cant get the 2 additional light I will need to find other lights, so it is really frustrating and I will think very hard about buying anything from Antique Farmhouse. I will now dispute with my credit card company.

--I was pleasantly surprised when I received the aforementioned shipment on Sunday, May 10th. The package arrived without damage, and the sign far surpassed my expectations. What a beautiful piece. The photo on the website does not do it justice. Just brilliant. I just wanted to that the folks at Antique Farmhouse for a truly extraordinary experience. A well made stamped tin sign with raised letters and a wonderful distressed look. I could not be happier. The shipping was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this wonderful shop! It's so exciting every time they release a new sales event. I have ordered several items over the last couple of years and have been extremely happy with my purchases. Antique Farmhouse not only offers beautiful and unique items but they care about their customers too! Recently, I did have an issue with an item I purchased. My package arrived undamaged but the content appeared to have been shipped from the factory with damage. I reached out to Antique Farmhouse and not only received an immediate response but a great solution! I rate them 5 stars - as a shop with amazing offerings and for their exceptional customer service! This company has the most incredible and unique designs. How could anyone complain!? Oh yes, first world woes. If you can be a reasonable person and acknowledge yes it takes 15 business days to send, yes sometimes a shipper can crush a box, i'm not sure how this company has any negative reviews?! My sister has been a repeat shopper. And every single item she has bought is such high quality and unique. Nothing like getting it off the hobby lobby shelves. I had my first order and it exceeded what I expected. The shelf was such high quality. You can tell the employees really put their skills into their work. The people who run the customer service department are exceptional and deserve an award for dealing with some of the complaints they do after reading reviews. I love this company's designs and products, they are without a doubt a business I will shop with again and refer everyone to. Thank you!

I ordered clock from antique farmhouse. Received clock in approximately three weeks. One of the clock hands was laying at bottom of clock. Called cust svc and was told they would send replacement. Received email last Thursday advising clock would be delivered on Friday of last week. Never received it. FedEx shows it was delivered Friday morning but it was not. We were home all day and it never came. I advised antique farmhouse and they sent email asking if another family member took it. It weighs thirty something pounds and comes in two huge boxes, so, needless to say, if my husband dragged it in, it would be impossible not to see it. Am waiting to see what will be done. FedEx complaints are flying in concerning them marking items as delivered when they haven't been. Will never order anything from this company again, especially since hey use fedex. What a nightmare involved with ordering this hotel Charleston clock. Have learned my lesson.

I have been doing business with Antique Farmhouse for several months now and I have been very pleased with all aspects of their business. The products on their website are unique and many are great conversation pieces. If you like French Country or Farmhouse Country, this is the place to shop online. Many different vendors present their wares and the site is refreshed often with new items. You do have to grab it when it's available or it may not be there tomorrow as the inventory is limited or in high demand. I especially like their customer service team because whenever I've had a problem, they have been more than accommodating I handling any issue that may come up and the follow up is exceptional. I once ordered an item that the carrier said was delivered when in fact it had not been and I believe was delivered to the wrong house. The carrier denied my claim, but Antique Farmhouse came through and sent the item again at no charge. That absolutely went miles in creating a positive experience with them and I would not hesitate to give them repeat business because of their professionalism.

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and haven't received any type of confirmation email of my order and debt card was charged for this order. Order placed 7/3. Order incomplete. Order #XXXXXXXXXXX placed July 3,2020, for TWO items. Finally received rug but did NOT receive simple framed chicken wall art, SKU: RAG-E XXXXXX. $24.00 Company not responding to email and there is no phone number to contact. They have received payment! I would like a refund. I am tired of trying to reach this place and will no longer do business with someone who will not communicate with customers.
