Suddenly FAA stopped recognizing my log in details that I have been using for a long time. Nothing has changed at my end but suddenly I am getting the message that either my email or my password are incorrect!
So I have tried to reset my password by pressing the "Forgot password" button and then I get the message that a link to reset has been sent, BUT IT NEVER ARRIVES!
i have tried several email addresses for technical help but have never had a reply. prior to this happening my website had over a half million visitors. Help !
Desired outcome: Fix the problem, it must be at your end because nothing has changed at mine. Contact me and help me to get my sites back online. Answer emails please.
