Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Radhika ( Indian) resident of Muscat, Oman & Dubai, UAE. I traveled to Srilanka through a Tour Operator Sugi Sounder - travel Co-ordinator at FindmyFare. I had the worst experience of my life with this tour operator and had been ill-treated, insulted and left on the road for hours of the whole trip. We have traveled to so many countries in the world and this is the worst trip of our life. Having heard of srikanka as a very beautiful place, we planned a trip for our 5th anniversary and had an awful experience through out the 4 days and such an unfortunate wedding anniversary.

I wrote a complain to the tour agency and till date the lady Ms. Sugi, whom we paid the money responsible for such an unorganized trip hasnt replied back and the management is writing to me asking unprofessional questions. I want a compensation of my trip as the money i paid is an utter WASTE. These kind of tour operators are a loss for the tourism industry of your country, No professionalism or no customer relation. They should pay for their mistake. I want to put this matter in media and warn the other tourist. I want them to pay back the money i spent for such an awful trip. I can forward you the whole story of my trip with all the incidents to the concern person.i will need your help. I hope there is atleast one geniune person in the whole of srilanka to help and understand the tourist pains.
