Dear Finchoice Complaints Team,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my loan account. I previously reached out last month requesting a breakdown of my balance, but I have not received any explanation from your consultants.
My loan balance appears to have tripled without any justification. My agreement was to pay an initial amount of R1,400 per month for 6 months. I have already successfully made payments for 4 months.
Furthermore, I have requested a copy of my loan contract multiple times, but the system fails to download it, leaving me without my official documentation.
My Required Resolutions:
• Provide a full, itemised breakdown of my loan balance immediately.
• Revert my monthly charge back to R1,400 as originally agreed.
• Email me a copy of my signed loan contract directly to this email address.
Please note that under the National Credit Act (NCA), credit providers must provide clear statements and are legally prohibited from arbitrarily tripling loan balances without explicit breakdowns or lawful justification. If this charge is not corrected and a full breakdown is not provided within 20 business days, I will escalate this matter directly to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and the National Consumer Tribunal for investigation.
