Fidelity Investments review: Outstanding customer service at the Woodland Hills Office

This morning, I visited the Fidelity Investments office in Woodland Hills, California and was immediately greeted by Paul, customer service representative, with a big smile and a genuine willingness to help.
I had a somewhat complicated transaction that required upper management approval. Paul listened carefully, understood my situation, and immediately went to speak with the manager. After contacting the main office, the manager came out, introduced himself, and assured me that my request would be approved within 15 minutes.
While I was waiting, I was offered coffee, water, soda, and even fresh fruit. I was very impressed by the level of hospitality and personal attention.
About 10 minutes later, Celeste, a wonderful investment consultant, invited me into her office. She patiently answered all of my questions and even called the main office herself to double-check the information and make sure she was providing me with accurate answers.
I left Fidelity feeling very satisfied and confident that my concerns had been taken seriously and handled with care.
I highly recommend the Fidelity Investments Woodland Hills office, especially if you have a complicated financial matter that requires knowledgeable assistance, patience, and personal attention. The entire team made me feel valued and well taken care of.
