I asked for a partial dispersion from my annuity policy almost a month ago, I submitted all forms requested followed by all other documentation requested from "processing " every day I have to call for an update because this company doesn't communicate with clients during this process! I've been told misinformation several times including my documents were in "good order" and my funds would be deposited in a couple of days, surprise not true several times! My funds are being held hostage and all I can do is continuously call only to be told there's another excuse why there's a delay including they on their end have my birth date information incorrect on their end but now I'm waiting again! Bank information needs verification yet again!? I feel like it's a huge scam I am beyond frustrated with this experience, I have never dealt with a financial institution this terrible the customer service is beyond incompetent, the process of getting your own money from this company is ridiculous! If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would! Be ware of this company!

Update on my review after several more phone calls and several more excuses I was finally told on Friday June 26,2026 my funds were being processed and transferred to expect them Tuesday June 30,2026 today is Wednesday July 1 2026 and still do not have my money I will have to make yet another phone call today !
