MY mums passed in November 2025. She had a policy in my name, aka her son. since that time, I've been trying to figure out what it's worth and my options. I've sent all requested documents and still when i call i get a run around. your outfit is a disgrace to work with and i feel like my mother has been deceived and had her money stolen. i will be contacting the BBB and for what it's worth. do not do business with this outfit.

Desired outcome: i want clear answers on my questions. value and options. immediately! i feel that your slow dancing me out of time or something.
