Fhia Florida Home Improvement LLC review: Incomplete installation of home windows

FLORIDA HOME IMPROVEMENT better known as (FHIA, LLC) 3044 SW 42 ND ST, HOLLYWOOD, FL 33312. This company is accustomed to telling their customers I be right back here sign the paper work which is completed while the inspector is here during the inspection. Then once the inspection is complete the installer for FHIA, DAX VILLAVICENCIO a field manager tells you by the way you are missing screens I will let the company know. I called this company field manager and installation office at phone number [protected] and phone number [protected] for two months now. Nothing has been done on the installation and absolutely not finished. So long as I keep paying which I have nothing gets resolved. This loan is being paid on time I should receive a full installation on time. The installation department by phone, emailing or texting has informed me yes, we will order the screens. Now two month ago that I was told this absolute lie. Nothing is resolved by calling the field manage as well. The installation department called to install the screens and no one has arrived. It's a shady company that gives you inaccurate information time after time. This has been going on since the first installation on July 29, 2022. The permits with the City was signed on July 18, 2022. The window screens should of arrived by now and it has not arrived.
