My name is, Lorraine Burns, there is a pending charge in the amount of $38.59 on my Direct Express debit card account that I desperately need to cancel and /or stop before it goes through. I just noticed it tonight and saw that it was put on the account earlier today? Well the problem is that I haven't purchased or used my card today? I have no idea where, how, or why it is even showing up as a pending charge? I'm 74 year old woman who lives on SSI disability, I live on a fixed income and don't have any amount of money to spare! Please help me to resolve this issue. If the charge ends up going through could you please reimburse me asap?
The amount of 41.50 was taken out of my direct express account. I’m disabled and living on a fixed income. There was also a amount of 43.68 was also taken out at the same time by their sister company TLVSYN. Com. Both amounts were unwarranted. I would like my refund. This is fraud.
Just found out money was taken off my DirectExpress account. I need it put back into my account. I live on a fix income. I didn’t give you permission. Refund my money.
