I paid $69.80 for my birth certificate through 'Fast Birth certificates' some time ago. I contacted them about the static of my order, twice. Finally, I received back that my Order Number for my birth certificate is: D508589555 and that Arizona has your order since June 1st, 2019. You (meaning me), should have received it by now. If not, please contact them via the link below. Which is what I did. Thay said Fast Birth Certificates.com is a scam. F.B.C..com will not refund my money!
I still didn't get the birth certificate
I have ordered birthday certificate from www.fastbirthcertificates.com. Money was taken immediately, and the rep provided the confirmation about my birth certificate. But time passed by and I wasted days and the company hasn’t sent me the birth certificate or even email, where they could explain why I didn’t get it. Unfortunately, the company didn’t rush to explain or provide any excuses. Unprofessional company.
The lie and steal your money for a paper that needs to be sent out again to have another company steal more money to give you a paper that has your name and where you were born. [censored]ing thieves
My debit card was charged twice for the same order. When asked about a refund they refunded half the money for the original order and only half the amount they over charged my card for. The site is a scam and the ceo, Tim Sanner, is a liar and a thief. They refuse to answer any email I send. Why does the state of California allow this to happen?

Sent money for a birth certificate, time sensitive, 2 months later -no birth certificate, no help, no refund. I’ve contacted them numerous times .

yep, same thing. I paid $69.87 for quicker service, I received a form (downloadable from my State), to complete and mail in with the real fee of $25.00. I feel so stupid for falling for this.

I ORDERED, PLACED AN ORDER FOR A BIRTH CERTIFICATE ON FEBRUARY 12, 2018 @ 5:38 PM, AND TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED A BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR RESPONSE FROM THEM.
PAID $48.95 PROCESSING FEE, MAYBE I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS DOING BUT THEY STILL HAVE MY $48.95, AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A RESPONSE FROM THEM.
Omg PLEASE don't ever use this company! What a nightmare! Nothing but problems, and still no birth certificate. You have to pretty much do everything yourself. Get a letter notarized, fill out paperwork, send it to them. Then they file it. That's the easiest part! But you pay them 40 buck for NOTHING! That 40 bucks is their fee. You still have to pay for the actual certificate! Now, they sent my paperwork to the wrong county. So I paid 38 bucks to one county, now I have to pay another county, for THEIR mistake! Unbelievable! Not to mention, it takes them 2 days, to a week to respond to an email, and you will NEVER get them on the phone. Waste of time. Waste of money.
