Farm Bureau Insurance Of Michigan review: pa-[protected]

My agent Evan Wilson refuses to discuss my policy and will not contact me. Also, I was harrassed, by the office manager and a secretary for nearly 30 minutes when I tried to reach him at his office. They were very disrespectful and made me repeat my email address, phone number and address innumerable times. Instead of explaining why my auto policy increased $30. over the past 4 months Vanessa Alstott, the rep, tried to get me to buy more insurance on my home. They were rude, insulting and treated me in a very condescending manner and my questions were never answered. To the best of my knowledge I feel that I was discriminated against because I am 70 years old. The office manager did not believe me that I owned my own home for the past 5 years and argued with me about that point too.
