Family DollarManager unethical behaviour

This took place on Dec 22 I do believe, around 930 am. I don't know the managers name she wouldn't give it to me at all. She was of a Spanish background. I went into my local family dollar, in Walton new York the other day, I got to check out and the manager was there I've had issues as is with this certain manager, she never lets me use my discounts says I'm not reading or using them right. which I know for a fact I am and was doing it right. She processed to tell me I was wrong I informed I was not, I even had the Family Dollar app on me for this reason alone. I go to show her, she fires back and I quote "I don't need to see the [censored]ing app, I'm the manager for god sakes." end quote. I replied back well you do need to see it bc I'm losing discounts when I come in and your working because you never do them. When I come in and anyone else is working they have no problems with my coupons or discounts that are shown in the weekly flyers also. I work as a health aid I try and use discounts for the clients I take care of due to them being on a limited income. At this point I'm not even able to finish what I am saying, by this time she is yelling at me calling me names, I'm a snotty [censored]. I need to leave the store. I simply asked for name, three times I asked for her. Even the client I was with, was just amazed how this manager just lost her mind. I than did ask how did you get this job. she answers back all cocky, why are you jealous [censored]? I was just dumbfounded by this manager. all I could do was laugh. well I guess that set it really off bc she went off on another rant yelling, screaming in Spanish. my client gets her phone out to record her finally, in which I guess she thought we were calling the police, bc she booked across the floor grabbed her phone up and called 911/ yelling and screaming she wants us out of the store, by than I do leave. my client is in a full blown melt down. just crazy, not called for at all!!! I left my contact information I never heard from the police. I do hope something is done, this is every time I go in this store, an I go once or twice a week if not more. Last I knew a customer was always right, even if not damn sure don't warrant some manager acting like that.

    If the discount doesn't work then you are using them wrong. I have dozens of customers who swear up and down that their coupon does apply to their purchase and every single time I read the fine print and find the issue makes their purchase not apply to their purchase. The rest of your spiel is likely all lies so no need to comment on any of that
