Family Credit Management

I been in the debt program for like 4 years now, my bad, but Family Credit Management been a big help. They always answer my questions and let me switch up payment dates which is dope. I totally recommend them!

I set up auto payments on June 16th for Family Credit Management to pay my bills from Upstart, Paypal, and Wayfair. They took $244 from my bank account, but my accounts went past due and I got late fees. I called them, but they kept saying payments were going through when they weren't. My credit score dropped, and I got over $130 in late fees. They were supposed to help me with my debt, but they made it worse. I closed my account on June 22nd, and they said they would refund me, but they didn't say how much or when. My account number is 146173. I just want my money back and an apology.

They are so good at what they do! They know their stuff and are super fast to help with any problems. They helped me pay off over 20k of credit card debt in just over 2 years. If you really want to be debt-free, go to them. The feeling you get when you're done with your debt is amazing!

I got 3 credit cards and now I'm in debt. I left a message like it says on the bottom right and in less than 24 hours, I got a phone call. She was nice, helped me understand things I didn't get, and most of all she was able to take my payments for 2 of them at $40.00 a month. That's with NO Interest. I don't know if it's a case to case kind of help but I'm on disability and I was amazed at how far she could make the minimum payment go down. She worked with me and let me pick my due date and start dates so I can start getting out of debt. I'm so happy in a couple years I'll be out of debt. Thank you Family Credit Management.
