In june 2021 I became aware that my mother's youngest son had threatened and stole from her. I contacted all appropriate authorities, DA, police, elder abuse hotline council on aging etc. Ultimately, in july 2022 I was able to attain guardianship for mom by judge. However fall river family services has failed my mom in every aspect. My mother's youngest son gained illegal entry into her home along with his wife and they remain there today as care takers. In a pre-trial conference, FSA indicated to me that 125,000 of moms money was missing and they couldn't find it. Inexplicably, FSA offered both intruders a lease. My mom has communicated to me and my brother john evidence of cruelty from husband and wife, which we have in turn communicated to FSA to no avail. My brother john and I have an abundance of evidence but not the money to obtain council. Mom needs help!
Desired outcome: To have fsa removed as guardian and have husband and wife evicted based on emotional and financial exploitation
