Faitytails Adoption review: Dog adoption

I am looking for a dog for my family. I ran across some of Donna's listings and inquired about one dog in particular. Immediately I was met with one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever encountered, and I work construction which is an industry full of surly vulgar people.

I bit my tongue and hopped through every hoop she put in front of me because I was trying to adopt a dog, not Donna. I forgot to pay my phone and was without service for half a day, wherein she tried to contact me. I was totally unaware of this. The day before we were planning on heading over there, I messaged Donna early in the morning for her address and she began to be rude yet again. She ghosted me, a practice she earlier complained about.

I really wanted to make amends and see the dogs, as I had promised my little girl we would, so I asked my wife to reach out instead. Rather than accept an apology and explanation for what happened, she began to berate and insult my wife, making up wild accusations and judgements against my wife's morals and character that she has no way of ascertaining.

I've dealt with gang members and mentally ill vagabonds with a higher sense of professionalism and politeness than Donna Halpern.
