FairySeason dressed from fairy season

Dressed are not true to size. Company won't allow me to exchange them i wanted no money back ...Just an exchange. They say they want my business yet don't run a legitimate business! i will never ever order anything online from anyone! i have cancer and cannot always shop in stores...I will go naked than to go through this horrible experience again

FairySeason shirts purchased

I purchased three shirts from this company. I did receive all of them, it took some time since they were shipped from China. When I received the shirts, they were too small, and the fabric they were made of was cheap and very poorly made. I contacted the company, and they suggested that I give it to a friend and had me send pictures as well. They said that they do not do refunds, but, I made it a point to let them know that I am not at all happy. They offered to refund 10% of my purchase, it's better than nothing. I have not received that refund money. This company needs to be shut down, they are selling items that are very cheaply made, and the sizing is all wrong. It's nothing close to what the actual size should be.

FairySeason item not received

I ordered a blouse about 2.5 months ago. Contacted these clowns over 10 times and they keep sending me the same copy pasted email asking me to be patient because of "complicated" issues... What like there are magical mystical [censor]ing shipping procedures?! Did lo pan intercept this... Did someones horns become entangled. I order from all over the world and i've never come across such abysmal customer service bunch of absolute plebs. I didn't realise they were based in narnia... Jokes aside avoid at all costs. First time this has ever happened to me. Will definitely be letting everyone know not to order from here.

FairySeason head band

I have yet to receive my product even though it says shipped and delivered. I have contacted post office and obviously you are just marking shipments delivered, because there are several complaints here that say they have not received product but yet you say have been shipped. all for something that is 5.69. I have sent an email stating I have not received order but have not heard anything back even though you say you will get back within 24 hours. The only thing you got back with is that you received my question. I guess Facebook is the place to go to stop people from ordering from you and scamming people.

FairySeason refund refused

When I received the 3 shirts that I ordered, I washed them so that I could wear them and one of the shirts melted to itself in the dryer! I contacted the company to get a refund for the shirt, including a photo of the damaged shirt. Their response was to see if I could find a friend that the shirt would fit and they could give me a 15% discount. I responded that it wasn't about not fitting, they said the most they could refund was 20%. They are refusing to give me a refund for their terrible product!

FairySeason did not receive two orders and no resolve by customer service

I purchased three tshirt orders through Fairy Season. Two of my orders were not delivered to me. When I notified customer service, it took them two days to reply to my complaint. They said to check with the local post office. I still have not received those packages. I submitted a follow up again and customer service is still giving me the run around. I paid for the goods and shipping but did not receive my goods. I asked for a refund but to no avail. I will never order from Fairy Seasons ever again. Why is their distribution in China?! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... BEWARE OF online companies like Fairy Season.

FairySeason 2 faulty tops

I purchased 2 faulty tops. One was ripped and one had a neck line that was in bits. I complained 5 X via email and sent photos. I asked that they replace the items. They said to keep them and they would give me 15% off my next purchase. I said the that was not acceptable and to either refund me in full or replace the items. Their return policy does state that they can't replace items but there is no mention of refunds at all. I have now asked for a full refund and they have come back saying they will refund me 20% and still not replace the items. I can re purchase them as they are still available but they will not replace the damaged items. They said if I pay to ship them back they will refund me but I am hesitant to do that as I have no faith this company will fulfil their end and then I am out the shipping costs as well as the cost of the tops. Im not clear what my legal rights are here as their policy is vague and non existence regarding refunds

FairySeason everything they sell!

This is a scam of a company!
Just like the wish, mama, and cute websites, they are out of china where there is no customer protection as there is in the united states.
If this "business" was out of the united states, the better business bureau would have them shut down so fast they wouldn't know what the hell hit 'em.

FairySeason clothing

I purchased some items (shirts, swimsuit) from this company. The quality was extremely poor. When I realized the quality of what I was receiving, I refused delivery of two items and sent them back. Two of the shirts that I received had holes in them and the swim suit was badly mis-sized. I have contacted them 7 or 8 times and been unsuccessful. They are NOT willing to refund my money, even on what was refused. They want for me to pay to send everything back or settle for a 30% refund. Why should I when this is NOT my fault? This company needs to be shut down!

FairySeason service and quality

What a scam. Quality of material isn't what is in the pictures. Order not processed properly, I ordered late November, assuming I wouldn't get for Christmas but possibly in the new year...it's now 5 months and after numerous emails and they finally 'sending' a replacement order...I received 5 of the 6 items. I'll never see the 6th item, thank goodness I reduced my original order - I'm only out $10. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Flush your money down the toilet or burn it...you'll only be disappointed and frustrated as the quality is crap and service worse. Company appears to be US based, but they're in China or India

FairySeason poor quality, wrong size and the most terrible support

I have ordered 3 pieces of clothing from Fairy Season and was very disappointed with quality. Items looked nothing like I expected and one dress did not fit. My order was completely messed up so I contacted Fairy Season and asked for a refund. They asked me to send pictures and even after that they said that there was nothing wrong with my order. I even sent them picture of me wearing the dress and they claimed that it fit me perfectly. No, it was super tiny and it was almost impossible to breath! Terrible store, and of course I am not satisfied with that kind of service.
I will not buy from them again and will tell about this to all my friends. They lost my business!

Paid March 29th still no delivery or upgrade on when it will arrive

It was suppose to arrive in a week
It is now April 26th
Cannot reach the company...
The company keeps advertising on the internet and even breaks into my computer to advertise.

It has a side bar and does show the cream sweater that I paid for and ordered.
I received a confirmation number and the order number with what I have given you in the top of this message

FairySeason never received my orders even after filing a complaint already!

I placed my order since March 10 2017 meanwhile today is April 24 2017 and was charged at my banking institution but never recieved my orders! I waited long enough even reached out to fairy season and NO response! This is ridiculous... I referred to much people to you guys for you to let me down like this. I need my order IMMEDIATELY! This is not the was service is to be conducted! I did my part but services were not rendered

FairySeason lace lingerie

I have submitted an order and was going to order more from the site, but now after looking at tall the customer service reviews I am scared to change it. I wanted to cancel that order and add both of your baseball mom's shirts to it. I have no access to cancel my order after submitting it. I have filed this complaint and will go to the BBB if I need to. I will see what happens with my order and give you all the benefit of a doubt, but if you all are as bad as your reviews say...

FairySeason Do not deal with this terrible company!

This company FairySeason is not to be trusted, they are just a bunch of cheaters! I bought a swimsuit from them in early January and still no sign of it.
When I checked the reviews I saw that many people were dealing with the same problem. FairySeason are scammers, they take customers money and disappear!
I sent them a lot of messages, but never received a reply. First I tried to find out what happened with my order, because I did not had a tracking number and wasn't able to locate my order. Then I sent a cancellation and refund request and was ignored.
Do not deal wit this terrible company, they will steal your money!

FairySeason an order for 50$

On March 12th, more than a month after my order, you told me that my package was at your warehouse and that I had to pay $ 6 more for my package.
On March 13 I made the payment and I sent you confirmation.
Today, on April 12th, I still have not received my package.

I paid $ 50 for my order and paid over $ 6 for my package which I still have not received more than 2 months later.

FairySeason clothing

I am a 37 yr old young woman (clinging to that!) and I placed an order for 4 items: 2 nice blouses, 1 sweatshirt and 1 jewelry item. I have big boobs so for comfort, the sizes i ordered were either 1x or 2x. The complaint is that, out of the 4 items, the jewelry is the only thing that fit! The 2XL sweatshirt isn't even close to a XL. And of course, since items are so cheap, that dont accept returns, i was stuck with them. ...Yes I re-gifted but I really liked the clothes. Needless to say i wont order from them again. If your stuff doesn't fit, its pointless.

FairySeason bbb

This is more of a question than a complaint. I was just wondering why there are so many companies (usually clothing and usually from out of the US) that have all complaints and no encouraging reviews, are still in business? What does it take to actually have action taken to shut them down so no other people lose their money? I always check to see where the company is located and then I check reviews. I guess complaints don't change anything? I didn't order anything from this company because of these reasons but I do feel bad for all of the people fighting for their rights.

Is there anyone that has a positive result?! I usually check reviews as well, now, the first time I don't...
This is very disappointing! I am sure all of you are spreading the news. I know that I will be! I work hard for my money. The most disappointing thing is, they don't care that it could be gifts (large or small) for friends and family. I will be contacting BBB as well if my order doesn't arrive by next week. Its sad that people don't care how they treat others just for a dollar.

FairySeason t-shirt (christmas gift)

I ordered 2 T-shirts (Christmas gifts) on Cyber Monday 2016 for family. I thought for sure it would be here by the middle of December. When it hadn't arrived I began investigating. I learned that the free shipping I received as a gift did NOT come with tracking so it could take 60-90 days to arrive. I had no idea at that time that I had ordered from China.

One shirt ended up arriving 2 days before Christmas. The other one showed it was shipped at the same time, but did NOT arrive.

I contacted the company 1/28/17 and they did respond. They wanted me to check my post office. I asked for them to send me another shirt. They wanted ME to pay the shipping to get it here quickly. I refused. This wasn't my fault.

One month later (3/25/17) the second shirt finally arrived however it was the wrong shirt. It was a duplicate of the first. It wouldn't be a problem because at least I got a shirt, right? ... But the ones I ordered said "Papa Bear" and "Mama Bear" for my in laws so I need the right ones.

I wrote them back demanding the correct one be sent to me, but I doubt at this point they will follow through. I will NEVER order from them again!
