First I started with an account without paying in order to check, i made bid for many cars, few of them were kept for me to be paid as I was teh highest bidder, from teh begining I started to see many emails from EZsalvage encourging me to pay and to continue my bidding procedure. tell you the truth this made me very excited and so I paid USD 600.0 for my above mentioned account, and then I started to suffer. firstly it took about five days to announce my funding, then with any car I have the highest bidding there was no any email no call no care from EZSalvage to tell me any information, where they were very carefull for my acount before funding.
Finally I asked for refund, hehehe, ofcourse no one care, more than 40 days with no care, and so I promised to tell all teh people my story to take care of this bad domain thats called ezsalvage.com

I wish I had found this webpage before I gave E-ZSalvage my deposit. I bid for a pop-up camper in West Palm Beach, Florida. The bid on the E-ZSalvage website was at 650 so I was forced to open my bid at 700 dollars. It seems all the bids on E-ZSalvage now start at 650 dollars.
I then went to the Copart.com website and watched the actual live auction. The opening bid was 200 dollars, NOT 650 dollars, and I watched the bidding go up until "Florida" won the bid at 325 dollars. I thought "good, since I live in Florida, that last highest bid must have been mine."
I watched my e-mail account for notification that I had won but if you've taken the time to read this far you can already guess that I have heard nothing from my new business partners at EZS.

I have been a customer since ezsalvage started. I bought a truck from them last year and have good luck. But i bid on another vehicle 3 months ago and still have not recieved my $1400 dollar deposit i put up. I have called 50 times and finally got somebody on the phone and they said they was haveing bank problems. It has been well over the 21 days that i put up the deposit on credit card. I have the same issue with ezsalvage. they owe me $14000. when I realise was going to make a mistake so big, I stop and then ask a refund.
The name of the manager is bronx facility {mark a. title: presidenttel: 718-892-5300fax: [protected] languages: english, greek}. I have followed all refund procedures but yimmi and everyone else in the company is avoiding my calls now because they are 90 days late on my refund. the way I see it, they are not planning to refund any money at all. no legal business does this. since the amount they owe me is ($14000) I will take them to court. I do not live too far from ny so I have no problem traveling to the courthouse in the bronx. actually, I will pursue these (m*&%$%#) till the end. anybody can make a mistake. so I made a big mistake try to buy a cars from this (ezsalvage) no, not isno ezbuy some where along the course of life, you learn about this company and realize there should never do any buy (ez ezscammers) if any one out there wants to read the truth about this company check out:... then they may realize that the ezsalvage.com owner stole my money!

I would love to hear what lame excuse ezsalvage says about my case. I bid on a vehicle and was awarded the vehicle an incoice was issued to me. I had my bank do a wire transfer in the appropriate time. Then they told the vehicle was awarded to me by mistake and and instead of returning the wire transfer they decided to keep the money.

They have over $18, 000 of my money and they keep coming up with lame excuses why it has not been returned. I filled out the refund request form and I have talked to the VP Gavin Iaccarino with no results. It has been 2 months since I filled out the from. I keep leaving messages and the secretary keeps saying the president and Vice president are not in at the moment.

Don't go near this company they will give you nothing but headaches and rip you off. I have hired a lawyer, contacted the Better Business Bureau, Filed a complaint with consumer affairs. They are a joke.

Ezsalvage today called me and very kindly returned my refund . thank you :]. I think there a good company but just need to get more organized. If your buying something from them just make sure you are covered and don't depend on the money that you fund your ezalvage account cause it will take up to a lil more than a month to be refunded if you don't win the car. And just read everything before you agree to anything. thanx again for the refund ezsalvage and gl with your business in the future . Hopefully you'll have less complaints as your company continues. I personally stay away from online car auctions from now on but for everyone else, know what your getting into before you do it. Don't jump into anything and committing to a salvage car before you have done enough research. Just know what your doing and what your putting your money into before doing it.
