EZ Pass NY review: I have to pay postage for old defective device?

Stunning. After calling EZ Pass to tell them my motorcycle pass wasn’t working most times, they said I needed to first send copy of M/C registration and then they would send new device.

It arrives with no envelope to return old one (5-6 years old). I call them and am told that if they automatically replaced it, they would have sent envelope. But since I called, I have to pay shipping costs.

And, they’ve closed all the walk in centers.
