I was told I could withdraw my funds at any time, ( I did NOT accept any type of bonus). After not much support or contact, I have tried multiple times to phone, message & email all the departments, chasing up my request ... I have $246.86 USD remaining in my account... PLEASE HELP
I would be so greatful to have my visa card REFUNDED of the remaining money.
