Extended Stay Americaroom reservation

I specifically asked for a room with a disability shower when I reserved my room for my physically disabled borther. I told the lady on the phone TWICE about it. The hotel didn't have one for one night and told me I would be moved the next day. Turns out the next day they didn't actually have anything available. This is the worst communication I have ever had with any kind of hotel/living services. What is wrong with you people?? Treating disabled people like this???
