Express Manicure review: Treatment price is different from what the staff informed when going to make payment.

Tonight when I brought my mom to there, at first just wanna do a express manicure, and started to do it, the staff who did for my mom telling us that her toe got very bad fungus problem, so we consider to do it and top up some.

Of course we declined it the first two times, and third time they keep saying, just do it for this time, and the price is just about another $20 plus, and all my mom charge total is about “90” plus including the rest of service. But when the bills came, the staff told me my mom treatment is $496!

I told them me& my mom both heard 20 plus only, and the their staff all responded: No, we did informed you the price is $496. I thought really our hearing problem, and no choice but paid, in the end they add on mine and the total is $633! Ridiculous! How come they cheating ppl like this! And we have no other choice and there no record what they informed about the price, have to pay such nonsense amount.
