Express Courier Company / s. f express, parcel hold in customs

I would complaint to S.F. Express HK that due to the mistake by they internal and wrongly show my parcel value USD780- & USD600- X 2 of the above instead of, caused customs hold the above three parcels cannot release. One week past and no solution and advice from S.F. EXPRESS HK can help and solve.

Due to the big delay and I am strongly complaint to S.F. Express HK need to return all 3 parcels back to HK free of charge as well as compensate all the courier cost to me. Please answer me back ASAP.
