I ordered a glucose supplement from the above website on October 25. I only purchased one bottle and they charged me for 6 bottles plus a colon cleanse which I did not authorize. My bank contacted me that same day to make sure this company was not scamming me and if I would authorize purchase. There was a temporary hold issued by my bank in order to protect my account. I called the bank and notified them that I authorized the purchase. A couple of weeks later I contacted the company to issue me a tracking number from my order since they were suppose to send me an email with purchase receipt and delivery information. I received nothing they told me that the order was coming from Utah and they were going to send me through email my delivery confirmation. It’s Monday, November 28 and I still haven’t received an email with tracking number. I don’t have an address. I have an order number that’s all I have from the company. When I call them they give me the round around same information that they will send me an email with tracking information but nothing. I finally asked today if they can just refund my money back and to cancel the order it’s been over a month now that I should have gotten the order by now. They say that they are out of stock and have to produce more and that once they have more inventory they should ship my order. I insisted that I just wanted my money back which is $339.99. They said that they already put the money back that it’s my bank that’s not accepting the funds. I contacted my bank asking them to allow this company to deposit the money to my account. My bank says that no one has even tried putting the money back. I don’t know what to do all the company has is an email and phone number. Their phone number is [protected] and their email is [protected]@4excelhealth.con I hope this helps others who is finding this company through adds on Instagram, Pinterest. They are a big scam they did not help me at all and took my hard earned money. I’m still waiting for either the pills or my money. Don’t fall for this scam I should have listened to my bank the first time when they alerted me that it was a scam I wouldn’t have lost $339.

Desired outcome: No solution as of now.

I saw a charge on my on line back account from this company on Dec. 20 (the day I was in the hospital with my mother) and had no idea what it was for. I searched the web and finally found a number to call and asked them what the $139.48 charge was for. They said it was for diabetes meds (which I did not order). I told the guy there must have been some mistake as I or anyone else in my family do not have diabetes. I told them to reverse the charges immediately and refund my account. He said they could not do that as the items were already in transit and said they could only refund me 75% and give me a free bottle...I said NO I don't need it as I don't have diabetes. This went on back and forth several tines and I told him once I get the items I would return them immediately, to which he replied there would be a restocking fee!. I have no idea how they got my bank debit card number. I immediately hung up and went to my bank and filed fraud charges and had my bank issue a new card. There was a credit back to my account within 1 day.
