Dear Sirs:

On September 19th I ordered on-line a product called Cluco-D and Cleanse Plus. After I ordered I called back to cancel the order. The person I talked with said the Cleanse Plus had already been shipped. I received the Cleanse Plus in about 10 days. I called and said I was returning it for a full refund and was given a number [protected]). I mailed the product back to a P.O. Box in Salt Lake City, Utah 84110. (USPS Tracking [protected] 08)

The tracking number showed that they received the Cleanse Plus on October 5th. I have called the number [protected]) twice. The response is that I will receive a refund to my account in 5-7 business days. That has not happened. Their response on the Cluco-D is that it is in the mail or in route, but they cannot give me a tracking number. The company name as far as I can tell is Excel 4 Health and their email address is [protected]@excel4health.com

They will not give me a physical address so that I can send some forms for failure to deliver goods within 30 days and failure to provide a copy of any contract.

When I call, the person(s) I have talked with seem to be in California. Other numbers: [protected] and [protected]

Can you help me or give me some advise on what to do.

This Gluco-d product and associated

Cleanse Product are a SCAM ! Whether

Intentional or NOT ! First the order Site insisted

I click a box which was about the Cleanse, or

It would not allow the purchase of the Cluco-d to

Proceed forward ! Without even confirming if

the order included the cleanse nor what the cost was.

So I got charged $200 for the clense and another

$200 for 2 bottles out of the 6 bottles of Cluco-d

Promised ! And upon escalation they promised to send the additional 4, they use the original order

Number which is NonSense cuz they claim it was

Shipped but it Never arrives 3 Months & Counting !

Their Excuse is that they cannot be assigned

A Tracking Number cuz the Shipper won’t allow it

Cuz it’s using the same Original Tracking Number !

So they can’t figure out where it is ! Gee I wonder ?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !

Hello,

I saw a deal for Cluco-D to buy one for $69.99 and get one free or buy one for $69.99 & get 2 for $59.99 or buy 2 for $69.99 and get 3 for $49.99. Or something like that. I took a screenshot of it. But I ordered the buy 1 for $69.99 & get one free but they charged me $139.98, which wasn't the deal. And because they charged me the full price for both bottles, it caused me to go into the negative in my bank account & on top of that, the bank charged me a $35 overdraft fee. I even took a screenshot of the page that showed the specials, which showed buy 1 for $69.99 and get one free. I wrote them several emails for them to reimburse me the $69.99 and to tell them I still had not received the bottles and it had been 3 weeks. Today I wrote them an email because their phone # doesn't work, and I just told them to reimburse the full amount because it's been 6 weeks & I still haven't heard from them. This company has cost me $174.98. If anyone has a phone# that I could contact them with, would you please post it here. They are a public company, so it should not be illegal to post it. Thanks

The [protected]-Excel 4 Health, this no is customer service. It is in small print on the back of the bottle. I have made 3 attempts, waiting for the 10 days, which will be Thursday. I was told by the 1st representative that the refund would be back in my account in 3-4 days. The 2nd representative said it take up to 10 days to be put back on my debit card, last Fri. I am waiting until Thurs. I told them I was going to blast them on social media mediaI did that on FB today. My next step is TicTock, etc. Ialso informed the rep. I was calling the BBB and Consumer Protection. I also spoke to my bank approx. a couple of weeks ago. I was informed my card would have to be voided., they still might not be successful. I want the bank to refund my money, because I didn't give permission for them to do recurring withdrawals. I have not received the product, I didn't request anymore!

Scam company I lost $259.95 to this company in October I have not received nothing.some need to be done about them.

It’s a scam company do not buy this product. They took my money out of my bank account I only ordered one bottle for $29.99 and they charged me for 6 bottles I contacted them and they said that I ordered 6 bottles. I didn’t complain so I bought the full 6 bottles hoping that it would help with my diabetes. They said that they will email me the purchased receipt and delivery confirmation once I hanged u other phone with them. I didn’t receive nothing I contacted them a week after making the purchase for delivery information they said that they would send me an email immediately. So I contacted a week later to cancel no order they said that they are backed up on orders and that they would give me a $99 refund for the inconvenience and to try the product first before canceling my order. They said to wait 2-3 business days before making any changes to my order. They said that the I package was leaving their warehouse and should arrive between 3 business days. I waited 5 days and then contacted them again that the refund for $99 into my account and still haven’t received the package. Then they told me that it was my banks fault that they had already deposit the money into my account. I contacted the bank and told me that no none had made a deposit yet. So I called the company again and told them the bank had not received a refund yet. So the gentleman told me that they would check into it and email me. Another week goes by and still no answer. So I contacted them back again, still haven’t received refund; email with delivery information; nor the package. I canceled my order and to please deposit them full amount of $199.99 imaged of the $99. They said that they will deposit the full amount of $199.99 and that the product was already mailed to me and once I removed the package if I wanted to try it for free I could keep it or else I can mail it back to them. I waited another week for them to deposit the money back into my account. Still the said the same thing over and over agin. Now it’s Monday, November 28, 2022 and I’m still waiting got them to deposit the full amount into my account. It’s been a month and 3 days ago. And they will no longer mail me the package because I canceled my order. They said that they put the money last week but there’s no deposit made at all. They said that they will open an investigation on their part and to give them 48 hours for a response. I hope this helps someone who is interested in buying this product. They are a scam. All I want is my money back.

Update: After several calls and emails, I was able to speak with someone regarding my “order” and refund. After the initial haggling (which was expected), I was promised a full refund and was told it would take 3-10 business days. Not good! I had placed my order a few hours ago. The rep. claimed that my order had already been processed and shipped to me. Negative! I wanted a refund and refused all the other offers he presented. In the end (and 4 days later), I received a full refund of $259.95.

What number did you call? The number they gave in the confirmation email does not work. They charged me over $200 in September and I have received nothing. They do not answer email.

Fraud ! I went to this ad to watch some doctor tell about it, I entered my info to order but then was forced to another page for another product, cleanse something. I could not get off the page, I couldn't find a way to cancel. I got off (closed the page-never okd the order on a final page) and filed a dispute with my CC company. I received a temp. refund. I did call the # that appeard on my online statement after the charge popped up 10/8/22. It was disconnected or out of service.

I received the product without the extra product (they charged me for both $139.98). I had a # to call the the bottle. They will not send me a label to return. They will NOT give me their actual address. I have to send it back to the "fullfilment center" in Salt Lake City, Utah. He did give me a return authorization #. He kept offering deals to keep the product? why when they are so fraudlulent. Could be filled with Fentenal? I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General here in Arizona, Utah and AG in Washington DC. By law, since I never agreed to the order I can keep it free or throw it away.

I have called to cancel my order using the telephone numbers that were provided on their advertisement. None of the those are working numbers. I have sent an email asking them to cancel my order. Hopefully someone will contact soon as the ad says they are available 24/7. I intend to contact my bank on tomorrow to seek assistance from them since I have not been able to reach the folks at Excel4Health.

I received 5 bottles of the Cluco-d yesterday which I did not order. I e-mailed the place it was sent from a fulfillment center in Salt Lake City. They wrote they only mailed it out they don't sell it. Does anyone know where you can file a fraud cas against Excel? They charged me $199.99 for the 5 bottles. I do want my money back since I did not order this. Barbara Durham Athens, Al.

I believe this company is not to be trusted. I too am experiencing the same thing. It took almost three weeks to get my product, and that happened because I emailed them, I did not want it any longer. Not only that I was charged for another bottle I did not request. I am letting my credit card company handle the matter.

On Oct 15, 2022, I filled out prescribed form, checked 1. (One) thought for a second, did not complete check out! 4 (four) days later , I was “informed” that 3 (three) bottles were on the way and $139.98 was “TAKEN” from my bank account! I wrote back that I HAD NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT, and THAT I WANTED MY MONEY REPLACED. I have yet to receive product OR MY MONEY! 10/26/2022

How funny I canceled my order 3 hrs after I placed the order, because they took 199.99 when it should have been 120 and they took another 60.00 for the cleanse I did not order. We got our money back tk God but I just recived the cleanse .

I placed an order for their Gluco-D and instead of a single bottle charge of about $60 I had two charges, one for $139.98 and another for $60. I tried calling the phone number on the Credit Card charge, [protected] and the number is not in service. So, I called the phone number on my order confirmation screen shots, [protected] and it is also not in service. So, I did an internet search for Excel4Health and found a web site with the phone number, [protected] which is also not in service. This seems extremely shady to me! I have sent them an email at: support@excel4health.com, but I would be very interested in any contact information that you have for this company.
