List of 3, 000 I ended up with nothing like the sample list they provided. Thought I was getting somewhere when they provided a 2nd list but it was even farther from the discussed target audience than the first. Their final word ..."The list provided to you was done so in accordance to the agreed upon terms. We have done our best to resolve matters amicably."
Buyer beware. This was a classic bait and switch. A complete waste of our money...
Exact Data - Company is rubbish and provides unsecure lists
My organization purchased the business mailing lists from the company Exact Data Consumer Base. The rep was useful and provided all warranties and told to contact if we had any problems. Yes, we had problems, because these lists were unsecure and we couldn’t send the info. So everything was opposite and no security at all. These people are scammers and...
