Evviva Trattoria review: Stoneham, MA

Our town recently sponsored a bus trip to Encore on 10/25/2023 with a dinner on the way home at Evviva Trattoria in Stoneham, MA. Our tour director met with the management on the previous day to make arrangements for 53 seniors on the 25th and she was assured that everything would be ready and there would not be any issues. Not so much. They were totally unprepared for our group, not enough wait or kitchen staff. Apparently, the manager who had been away came in her first day back and was not told that we were coming. Total disaster, we arrived at 3 PM as they had been told. The first meals came out at 4:30 and they were luke warm to cold, the last meals came out at 5:30. I have never seen spaghetti served with spinach and corn mixed together, they were supposed to be side dishes but were obviously mixed in with the pasta as were all the other pasta dishes that had sides, not a great meal. This was my 2nd visit to an Evviva and had pretty much the same result. I personally would never recommend Evviva to anyone.
