Eversourse review: Liar Robert Berner Bob Berner is a liar for Eversource and would rather screw you over than tell the truth and take the consequences for it.

the Arborist, who lies and says he will take a look, he never showed up here! [protected] both in the central NH area of New England.
Robert Berner lied when he came to my home last week, November 2025, to explain that his contractor was perfectly within their rights to cut down my entire maple tree in my yard, and not anywhere near power lines. he preceded to explain to me that he had a card that eversource sent me in the mail stating that by not responding to the card, i gave them permission to do as they pleased and that his contractor was within his rights to cut down my entire maple tree without my knowledge or permission. Bob Berner is a manager with Everysource and an arborist. They cut down my entire tree, which he called 'tree trimming,' as an excuse for stating that he was trimming branches in my yard, and he claimed that he had the right to do so. He stated that he would look into the USPS sending me a card. He can't prove he did so. he called me on Wednesday, November 5, and stated that he sent me a card, and that is where it stands.
i asked him where the card was. Now he said it was with the contractor. if he sent it to me, then the card would be in my possession, as they sent it to my home, as he claims. if i got the card and sent it back, it would have stated that they would not cut my tree down! period! bob told me that if they get a card back, it is only because the homeowner does not want his trees cut down. why do you have my card that i never received if i did not want my tree cut down? lier. he stated it was with the contractor? why is that? Also, I told Robert that the USPS does not accept return to sender for bulk mailings, and he disputed this with me. call the usps bob! you do not have a card for me unless it is the one that was never sent! Robert Berner is a liar, and he is working for a company that thinks they can do as they want. this is private property. they cut down my maple tree! this changes the entire property line view as it's in my front yard. who the hell do you think you are, eversourse/bob berner? your a lier and a cheat. Robert/Bob Berner then tells me he is sending an arboretum to my house. the arbborest calls me last week and states that he will be over on the weekend or monday. i was unavailable and he left it open that he would come look. he never did nor did he call me back! I called the abbot back today, Nov 5, and he said he was out there. he spoke to me and saw me? i was not even home. i worked the days he wanted to come over and was waiting for a phone call. calling him today, he has no recollection of this conversation, and he said he came over. lier lier lier. Eversource plans to take no action to rectify this situation. Do not let them do anything on your property! You cannot call their company, as their internet is also not working, preventing you from paying your bill. This entitles them to play dumb and shut off your power at will. I have called twice to report this issue, and the managers at EverSource are unaware of it, yet the company is operating on mandatory overtime due to a 3-hour wait time for customer service. i have been 98 in their queue for wait times. The company is corrupt! You all need to be fired asap you are liars. You damaged my property and then blamed me for it. Are you kidding? What a joke, Bob Berner people's. That's the guy you don't want coming to your home. he is a liar collecting a big fat paycheck at your expense. Stay clear of this manipulator con artist. He is a liar and didn't do the right thing for his customer, so he didn't take a hit from his bosses... a liar, a liar, and the abhorrent one who never showed up.
