Most recently, I have had to call on October 1, 2026, and again today — November 2, 2026 — to get trash collected. I have called previously over the years and then had a renter. I am unaware if there were issues during their stay. I pay $125.28 monthly for services not rendered unless I call. The house is located in Lusby Maryland. I believe I spoke to Brenda before, yet most recently Nick.

Desired outcome: Trash picked up EVER Friday as scheduled. Charged regardless even if services not provided.
