Euro Auctions review: Breach of confidential information

We provided information to an employee at Euro Auctions regarding their upcoming Auction. We have received a call from one of our shareholders, who relayed information to us that he had not been privy to, the information given had only been supplied to one person, and that person was an employee at Euro Auctions. This Euro Auction Employee had called a competitor of ours who then called our shareholder, stating that he had been told directly the information from this Euro Auction employee.
This information was confidential in nature and should not have been made available to any person outside Euro Auctions.
