Mr. Eugenio Mendez signed a 3 years contract on a house worth a million and a half. Of course for being a Coca-Cola executive I thought he'd be able to afford it. But I was wrong. Mr. Mendez moved out of my house, left the house a disaster and will not pay the repairs or for breaking the contract. When he moved in the house was perfect, whenever he left all the wood floors were scratched and all the walls had holes. The house looked like they've lived in there for more than 10 years. That's how bad the house looks. Now he moved to England, and cannot be sued. Which frustrates me, it makes me wonder if Coca-Cola should hire people that can't even keep up with their records cleaned. A LIER that I can't even get in touch with now. And irritates me how " Coca Cola" is covering it all, and trying to make it seem like he's the victim. He signed a contract and as everyone knows that when you break a contract you HAVE to cover not only for your damage but PAY THE FEE for breaking it. I really think Coca Cola should hire people with more competency, and someone that would follows the law in our country..
The fee as per lease is $10.000.00 + damage $22.000.00 = 32.000.00

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
He is also a stalker, and has assaulted his past girlfriends. He is currently under watch by police in many counties for stalking and threatening girls he went a few dates with and now has become obessed after they reject him when they find out he a controlling and ... well a weirdo

anyone out there that has been ripped off by Lonnie Barclay before, please call GA Office of Consumer Affairs and report it to Rob Atkinson at [protected]. Lonnie Barclay has moved on to Dawsonville, GA. He has many stories that have been told but the bottom line is he took over Body Plex in Dawsonville and are having people sign body plex contracts so that when he put his name on ...those contracts may not be valid. With complaints to Consumer Affairs (which they are saying they have never had any complaints on Lonnie Barclay in the past) he is having people sign BLANK contracts with his new company name on it Energy Fitness (just called there and now they are not using a name) in the small print it says to pay monthly fee and if the gym moves he will still charge your account because the membership/contract/gym location goes together. It is a mess.
He was very under handed about the whole thing and tells everyone a new story. The Dawson County Sheriff has been called many times on Lonnie due to his temper.
Please help and call Office of Consumer Affairs and speak to Rob Atkiknson and tell your story...

To the general opinion:
I feel obligated to write my point of view in this open forum as an expression of the personal values of honesty, respect and fairness which have ruled my behavior in life.
I have irrefutable legal evidence that I don't owe any money due to negligence or mistreatment of this property and I urge Lonnie -as I have done since the first day- to resolve this dispute through the route of American legality and not through clandestine aggression.
I am sure we can clarify our positions like civilized people.
