Etop.fun review: False advertising on, website and poor customer service

I ordered an ecig starter kit from them, because it says they have opened a large distribution center in the USA. That was a pre-order, and they didn't email me when it was shipped. I checked the website, and found out it was in Stock. I got on chat with Lucy, and she told me it had just been shipped from China. I mentioned the USA distribution center, and she said there isn't one. I told her it is on their website, and exactly where it is. She said she looked about three times, and didn't see it. I was sure she was lying. Then she said they have two websites, and it was on the one I ordered from, and not the one she was looking at. I checked, and it is on both at the exact same place, so she was lying all the time. I sent an email complaining about her, and someone answered, saying they had a USA distribution center, but had to close it, and were not able to remove it from their website. Then he said it has been removed. It's still There!
Now they tell me that it might take 30, 60, or even 90 days to get my shipment. I was expecting it to come from the USA, and when i asked them about it all i got was lies. Don't trust this company. They did refund the $4.00 shipping charge, but I told them it was not about the money!
